During office hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday) our receptionist will be pleased to take your call. If she is speaking with another mother, please leave a message. She will phone you back as soon as possible. Outside of these hours, she will call you back at the beginning of the next working day.
If your request is urgent (outside of office hours) the quickest way to contact us is via our contact form. We endeavour to monitor this closely even at evenings and weekends because we know that babies can’t tell the time yet!
Our receptionist will take some details (your name, phone number, email address, baby’s age, full postcode, and how soon you’d like a visit) and will make arrangements for one of us to contact you as soon as we can. We will do our best to do so within a maximum of 3 hours of your call, to arrange an appointment.
Please note that our receptionist isn’t qualified to give breastfeeding information. She will, however, endeavour to get one of the consultants to contact you as soon as possible, to arrange a visit.
